Terms of Use

Last updated · August 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. BTEC Financial may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. What we are — and are not

BTEC Financial is a commercial finance brokerage and business services firm. We connect applicants with third-party lenders, processors and service providers; we are not a bank, and unless expressly stated for a specific product, we are not the lender. All financing is subject to the applicable lender's underwriting, approval and final documentation.

3. No offer or guarantee

Content on this site — including rates, ranges, timelines, calculators and examples — is provided for general information and illustration. It does not constitute an offer, commitment or guarantee of financing, savings or approval. Figures such as "approvals in 24 hours" or "up to 95% advanced" describe typical or best-case program parameters that vary by applicant, lender and market conditions.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. References to potential tax treatments (such as Section 179) are general observations; consult your own qualified advisors about your specific situation before acting.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and only in connection with genuine financing inquiries;
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the site or its systems;
• Do not submit information about other persons without their authorization.

6. Communications consent

By submitting a form with your contact details, you consent to BTEC Financial and its representatives contacting you about your inquiry by phone, email or text at the details provided. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics and branding on this site belong to BTEC Financial or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party services

Financing products are provided by third-party lenders under their own terms and agreements. Review any lender's final documentation carefully; the lender's signed agreement — not this website — governs your financing relationship.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTEC Financial is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
